THE FIRST COUGAR TITLE

In the 1976-1977 campaign, the Pumas showed a high level of play and won their first first first division title at the Azteca Stadium, beating Leones Negros 1-0. The university team lifted its first trophy in front of thousands of fans at the Coloso de Santa Ursula.
